Along with providing education and employment opportunities, we are committed to developing the whole of a person. This includes having fun! We have a strong football (soccer) program with both junior and senior teams. We also boast numerous rugby players and are always trying to build up a local rugby league!
A key element to our program is bringing together children and youth from different socioeconomic status'. We believe sports are a valuable tool to break down social boundaries, and to create friendships and understanding that may not have otherwise been possible.
Every year we host a football tournament called the Pamoja Cup. This event brings teams together from the greater Moshi area to strengthen the community, break down barriers and stigma, and build friendships. Each year, the tournament focuses on a specific social issue to bring awareness and education. Past tournaments have focused on drug abuse, caring for the environment, and street-connected youth.
